Vision
"Our vision for Bennerley is to utilise the site’s sustainable location, ensuring the proposals protect and improve local employment opportunities, whilst also providing environmental benefits to the River Erewash to the west of the site.
High quality and considered design will create a sustainable site providing much-needed logistics and distribution floorspace in a key area within Nottinghamshire, whilst enhancing the existing features since as the Bennerley Viaduct and the River Erewash.”
