Your comments are important to us and form part of the public consultation process to finalise the masterplan.

In addition to this website, a leaflet has been distributed to local residents with a FREEPOST feedback form attached. A public consultation event will also be held from 4pm-7:30pm on Monday 30th June 2025.

The event will be held at ​Awsworth Parish Hall, The Lane, Awsworth, Nottingham, NG16 2QQ and will be an opportunity to discuss the proposals with members of the project team.

​What will my comments be used for?
All thoughts, suggestions, and issues received will be carefully considered to help shape the future of these proposals. We are keen to engage with local residents and interest groups to develop our proposals further.

When will I be consulted again?
Following this consultation, any further comments received at the public exhibition, or through website submissions, or leaflet responses will be taken into consideration. Once the application is submitted, the Council will consult local residents and other interested parties before reaching a decision.

All comments should be submitted by Friday 18th July 2025.
What happens to your data?

All thoughts and suggestions received as part of this consultation will be carefully considered before a planning application is submitted to Broxtowe Borough Council and will be reported in a Statement of Community Involvement (SCI). The content of your responses (excluding any personal details) will also be shared with Broxtowe Borough Council.
