The timeline below includes our anticipated timescales for the proposed development at Bennerley, from the close of this public engagement process to completion of the proposed scheme.

Project team to review responses received to the public engagement process, and consider necessary amendments to the proposals prior to submission of the planning application
September 2025
Anticipated submission of an outline planning application to Broxtowe Borough Council. Once the planning application has been received and validated by the Borough Council, there will be further opportunity to make comments direct to the Council as part of the planning application process
September 2026
Anticipated determination of the outline planning application by Broxtowe Borough Council
subject to approval of outline planning application...
